(ENDE96) Noistruct vs Right Track Mind - Black Widow

"Black Widow" is a collection of live collaborated tracks between Noistruct and Right Track Mind produced and recorded in late 2003 and early 2004 when they were both sharing a house in Glebe Sydney NSW Australia.

All tracks were the result of hours of conversation and collaboration between the two where they sought to combine their tastes and influences to make something original and interesting. As you would expect this was achieved with mixed results. The best 13 have been selected out of 20 that were produced in this period for inclusion on this release.

Methods and production was never the same. Some tracks are a collaboration of both producers building segments and adding to them. Some have only the bass and synths provided by one producer and the beats provided by the other. Some were almost completed by one with the other then adding effects, mastering and extra sounds and samples. No two tracks are produced the same.

Tracks have been remastered and cleaned up where possible although some still have the overdriven quality typical of Noistruct's production at the time and could not be repaired properly without the original master files that have been long since lost. Some of the names were changed because they were ridiculous. Some of the names remained the same because they were ridiculous.
