(ENDE108) Mosspark - IDM Leap

Earlier this year Malaysian IDM/glitch producer "Mosspark" released his "Mocha Stain" album with ENDE Records. It became one of the most downloaded releases we have to date.

Mosspark has now returned with the EP "IDM Leap" and as the name suggests it's an EP of IDM but not the sort people are used to hearing these days. Laid back and ambient with lush pads and keys wrapped around staticy, granulated and chewed beats and sprawling ethereal soundscapes. Again Mosspark shows his influences is closer to the melodic abstraction of classic 1990s IDM rather than the circuit bent weirdness or formulaic patterns of current 21st century IDM. For fans of Plateau or Anubis Complex.
